INTER-ACCION dispone de dos plazas libres para personas de la Región de Murcia, interesadas en participar en el curso LINGUISTIC WORK OUT: Comunicación en Inglés para Proyectos del Programa Juventud en Acción. El curso se llevará a cabo en el Albergue Juvenil de Calarreona del 22 al 29 de mayo.  La participación es gratuita,  incluyendo el alojamiento y  manutención, por estar  financiado por el Programa Juventud en Acción de la Comisión Europea.

El objetivo principal de este curso es ofrecer herramientas prácticas a los participantes para mejorar sus habilidades comunicativas en Inglés para el trabajo juvenil internacional en el marco del Programa Juventud en Acción. 

Este curso tiene como destinatarios a  gestores de proyectos de juventud, técnicos de juventud y responsables de proyectos que buscan afianzar sus capacidades lingüísticas en inglés.

El curso está diseñado para personas que desean ganar confianza y obtener nuevas herramientas para comunicarse en Inglés basándose en sus conocimientos existentes. Este curso está dirigido a personas con un nivel de inglés inicial/intermedio. (A1-A2). No es para personas sin conocimientos de inglés, ni para los participantes de nivel intermedio o avanzado.

Participarán  25 personas de 12 países del Programa JeA, Bélgica, Eslovaquia, España, Estonia, Francia, Grecia, Hungría, Italia, Polonia, República Checa, Rumanía y Suecia.

La metodología se basará en la educación no formal y buscará brindar información para la adquisición de habilidades lingüísticas a través de dinámicas participativas, presentaciones de experiencias y trabajo en grupo para la elaboración de proyectos prácticos según los lineamientos y prioridades del Programa JeA. Asimismo, se brindará información sobre el nuevo Programa JeA 2007-2013 mostrando  las posibilidades que ofrece, y  promoviendo  así la creación de partenariados entre los participantes.

SUMMARY:
The aim of this training course is to promote the sending of international volunteers between YiA Programme and EUROMED countries by providing the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to assure a high quality management of a volunteering project.

Methodology:
The methodology used in this training activity is based on non-formal education and it is fully functional and topic-related. The TC will be aimed at providing the participants – youth workers and projects managers from YiA Programme and EUROMED countries – with practical skills useful for the management of international volunteering projects (EVS and EUROMED Voluntary Service).

Objectives
1. to provide participants with practical skills on EVS project management, both in the YiA Programme and EUROMED countries.
2. to promote the sending and hosting of EVS/EUROMED Voluntary service volunteers between Programme and Neighbouring countries
3. to share best practices and experiences to assure the quality of the projects
4. to promote the European values in accordance with the Programme guidelines
5. to encourage the learning process, by having the participants develop a final project involving the above-mentioned elements.
6. to provide and exchange information about the Youth in Action and EUROMED Youth 4 Programmes.
7. to facilitate the building of long-lasting and reliable partnerships among participants’ organisations for future collaboration in YIA and EUROMED Youth 4 projects. 

Costs:
According to the rules of YIA Programme. YIA covers 100% of accommodation/food, activity and visa costs, and 70% of travel costs (reimbursed ONLY by bank transfer, once we have received the original tickets, boarding passes and original invoices). PARTICIPANTS cover 30% of travel costs.

Organizer's profile/framework of activity:
The team of INTER-ACCION has proven experience in working with young people, international relations and especially with YOUTH IN ACTION Programme. Out team of trainers is currently collaborating with the Spanish National Agency in different training courses (Pre-Departure EVS Training Course, On- Arrival EVS Training Course, Removing Linguistic Barriers in English, Youth Initiatives TC, etc.) INTER-ACCION participates, together with organisations from France, Lithuania, Greece, Morocco, and Tunisia, in the EVS Quality Network and therefore possesses experience and skills necessary to carry out the project.
