This training course  supported by the Youth In Action Programme aimed at promoting the sending of international volunteers between YiA Programme and EUROMED countries by providing the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to assure a high quality management of a volunteering project.

The idea of this projects stems from the recent re-launch of the EuroMed Youth 4 Programme and the possibility of transferring the YiA Programme best practices and experiences (Spain, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland) to the EuroMed Programme countries (Israel, Jordan, Morocco) and building new partnerships between the two programmes.

The methodology used in this training course was based on non-formal education and it was fully functional and topic-related. The TC provided the participants – 12 youth workers and projects managers from YiA Programme (7 participants) and EuroMed countries (5 participants) – with practical skills useful for the management of international volunteering projects (EVS and EuroMed  Voluntary Service).

INTER-ACCION participates, together with organisations from France, Lithuania, Greece, Morocco, and Tunisia, in the EVS Quality Network.

Este curso de formación financiado por el Programa Juventud en Acción, se ha realizado del 6 al 12 de Febrero de 2011 en el Abergue Juvenil del Valle de Murcia, España, con una duración de 6 días. La metodología del curso estuvo basada en la educación no formal y el objetivo general alcanzado fue proporcionar a los participantes – 12 técnicos de juventud y coordinadores de proyectos de los países del Programa JeA (7 participantes) y de los países EUROMED (5 participantes) – conocimientos prácticos necesarios para la gestión de proyectos de voluntariado internacional (SVE y el Servicio Voluntario del Programa EuroMed).

La idea del proyecto surge del reciente re-inicio del Programa EuroMed Youth 4 y la posibilidad de transferir las buenas prácticas y experiencias del Programa JEA (España, Francia, Italia, República Checa, Polonia) a los países del Programa EUROMED (Israel, Jordania, y Marruecos) y de construir nuevos parteneriados entre los dos programas.
